Paid by AI is made by FOWL AI ("we", "us"). This page covers paid-by-ai.com.

What we collect when you sign up

When you enter your email in any form on this site (updates, the waitlist, or the free PDF), we store:

Your email address.
Your IP address and the approximate location it points to (country, state or region, city), as seen by our hosting provider.
How you found us: the ad or link you came from (for example UTM tags, or whether you clicked a TikTok, Meta or Google ad), the page you landed on, and the site that referred you.
Which form you used and when.

We use this to send you the emails you signed up for, to keep fake and bot signups off the list, and to understand which ads and links actually bring people here.

What we collect when you buy

Checkout and payment are handled by Gumroad. We receive your email address and order details from Gumroad to deliver your purchase and send updated editions. We never see your card details.

Analytics and ad measurement

This site uses Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure visits and purchases. These services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Who processes your data

Resend stores our subscriber list and sends our emails.
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the approximate location of each request.
Gumroad handles purchases.

We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't add you to other FOWL AI lists unless you sign up for them yourself.

How long we keep it

For as long as you stay subscribed. When you unsubscribe you stop getting Paid by AI emails right away; to have your details deleted entirely, email us.

Your choices

Unsubscribe: use the link at the bottom of any of our emails.
Access, correction or deletion: email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
